The Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for the Caribbean (BCRC-Caribbean) is seeking a qualified consulting team to develop and deliver a Regional Training Programme on Data and Evidence-based Decision-making and Project Initiation, Management and Communication under the GEF ISLANDS Programme.

As part of the GEF 10279 and GEF 10472 Projects, BCRC-Caribbean is supporting 12 Caribbean countries to strengthen the sound management of chemicals and waste. This consultancy contributes to Component 1 of the projects, which aims to strengthen national systems for controlling hazardous chemicals and waste, and supports the development of a sustainable training programme to help countries implement chemicals and waste multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs).

The consultancy includes developing bilingual training materials, facilitating regional training workshops, and integrating content into a Digital Learning Hub.
