Kabine Doumbia is the Founder and Executive Director of ASRAD-Mali (Appui Solidaire pour le Renforcement de l’Aide au Développement), a Malian civil society organization established in 2010. He works to advance sustainable development, climate resilience, environmental protection, human rights, humanitarian action, peacebuilding, and community-led development, with particular attention to vulnerable communities across Mali and the Sahel.

Under his leadership, ASRAD-Mali holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and participates in major international environmental and sustainable-development mechanisms. ASRAD is an Observer Organization to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), an Observer Organization to the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), has observer engagement with the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), and is documented as an accredited organization with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
