This report specifically lists all harmonized system custom codes (HS codes) assigned to individual chemicals or groups of chemicals under Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention, pursuant to its Article 13. It is based on The Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS), an internationally recognized classification system developed by the world customs organization to identify traded products including chemicals. The report aims to facilitate the implementation and enforcement of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure.
