The document “Green Industrial Park Masterplan Development” (May 2024) outlines the design and strategic planning of three Ugandan industrial sites—Entebbe, Soroti, and Pakwach—under the National Industrial Parks Development Strategy (2020/21–2024/25). 

The study focuses on refining each park’s value proposition, integrating green industry principles such as circular economy, industrial symbiosis, and resource efficiency, and identifying priority sectors based on economic, social, and environmental criteria.
