This guide, prepared by the secretariats of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions, offers technical assistance to countries accessing and using the Stockholm Convention Integrated Electronic Toolkit.

The toolkit was developed to facilitate the development, transmission, access and use of data contained in National Implementation Plans (NIP, Article 7) and National Reports (Article 15), aiming at enhancing compliance with the Stockholm Convention in respect to the obligations under Articles 7 and 15.
