This presentation outlines a GGGI and TradeMark Africa project to develop green industrial parks in Uganda. Following a site assessment, the Lugazi and Tororo parks were selected for their strong potential for renewable energy, waste valorization, and logistics symbiosis. The next phase will involve detailed master planning and a cost-benefit analysis to quantify the environmental, social, and economic benefits of these eco-industrial zones.
