Developed jointly by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and UPM Umwelt-Projekt-Management GmbH, this Training of Trainers (ToT) program aims to enhance understanding of climate-resilient opportunities in the sanitation sector and promote citywide inclusive sanitation (CWIS) principles in Africa. The training underscores the relevance and urgency of integrating climate action into sanitation planning and implementation.
Module 1 – Exercise: Scaling Up Impact. Developing an outreach/training plan
This module focuses on empowering trainers and advocates to effectively communicate and champion the Climate–Sanitation Nexus.
It begins with a practical exercise, with the following learning objectives.
