The Global Mercury Partnership is undertaking a Global Literature Review on Artisanal and Small Scale Gold Mining and Biodiversity, which intends to gather and curate existing information on current state of knowledge and practices, as well as ongoing and possible interventions to minimize the impact of ASGM on biodiversity and surrounding ecosystems. Further information available on the news page.

In order to enrich the research, we welcome expressions of interest from experts and other stakeholders wishing to participate in consultations on the topic planned for spring 2023, as well as share relevant resources.
