The Ocean Economy and Climate Change Nexus

We are pleased to invite you to join OECD colleagues and Portuguese experts at the seminar “The Ocean Economy & Climate Change Nexus”, co-organised by the OECD Net Zero+ Horizontal Project and the Permanent Delegation of Portugal.
The seminar will take place on 26 February, 14:30 to 16:30 in the Auditorium at the La Muette Conference Centre and will explore the crucial linkages between the ocean economy and climate change, with a special focus on Portugal’s experience, best practices, and challenges. Discussions will address key questions such as:

? What are the most promising technologies for achieving net-zero emissions in shipping?
? How can nature-based solutions support a net-zero ocean economy?
