The panel will serve as a platform for national leaders to share their perspectives, innovative strategies, and transformative experiences in accelerating climate action and advancing green growth. As countries navigate a rapidly evolving global landscape shaped by political, economic, technological, and environmental transitions, speakers will highlight how innovation is driving inclusive, climate-resilient development. The session will spotlight collaborative approaches, policy innovations, and lessons learned through partnerships with GGGI, while fostering intergovernmental dialogue and encouraging bold, forward-looking commitments ahead of COP30.

This Ministerial Panel aims to:
