On 9 December, 2020 at 14:00-15:15 CET, World Resources Institute (WRI) is hosting a webinar on "High-Level Roundtable on NDCs and Short-lived Climate Pollutants".

This webinar is organized by the Government of Rwanda, the Government of Chile, the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC), and World Resources Institute (WRI) to facilitate an open exchange of ideas on how countries advance immediate, fast action on SLCPs in their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) to the Paris Agreement.

The webinar will be opened by remarks from the environment ministers from Rwanda and Chile, followed by a moderated panel discussion with several country representatives and Q&A with participants. It is designed to serve as an informal preparatory meeting of leaders to inform ambitious action and advocacy in the lead up to the Climate Action Summit on 12 December 2020 commemorating the fifth anniversary of the Paris Agreement, and as a stepping-stone toward COP26 in November 2021.
