The SFEG mission is to support financial decision-makers in the design of green finance measures through a research project aiming at assessing policy and regulatory effectiveness and impact in terms of efficiency and equity in different markets, as well as across environmental, financial, and economic variables. The SFEG will develop a framework for evaluating green finance measures effectiveness according to a common theory of change and joint understanding of double effectiveness. Building on the GFP’s Green Finance Measures Database, the SFEG research portfolio will be organised by five thematic areas: Risk management, Reallocation and raising of capital, Responsibility, Reporting and disclosure, Reset.
