FARM Launch and Global Child Project Inception Meeting Report

This report summarizes the discussions and action points from the FARM Launch and Global Child Project Inception Meeting held in Nairobi from March 12-15. The FARM Programme Launch on March 12 introduced the global FARM Programme to stakeholders, fostering discussions on transitioning to less harmful agricultural production alternatives.

The Global Inception Meeting, the first in-person gathering for implementing and executing agencies, co-financing partners, and other stakeholders, had over 70 in-person and 100 online participants. The meeting covered the programme’s strategy, including knowledge management, communications, gender and social safeguards, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation.
