I am the co-founder and Head of Partnerships and Institutional Relations of BST Impact sàrl, a consultancy firm and knowledge hub based in Geneva that assists companies and organizations globally to develop ESG strategies and policies through a norms-based approach anchored in international law.

I specialized in monitoring and evaluating human rights issues as well as impacts of companies and organizations’ projects and processes, developing, executing, and monitoring tools and assessment mechanisms to investigate potential social and human rights risks in companies’ supply chains.

Prior to founding BST Impact, I spent several years working with different stakeholders from both the public and private sectors in Europe and Asia, serving in different Italian governmental and military entities, the World Health Organization, and NGOs in the fields of public relations and as human rights analyst and investigator.

For me and my company, knowledge sharing and partnering for the greater good are extremely important elements to achieve any goal towards sustainable development and represent also an incredible chance of growing and learning.
