Hi, I am chemist by training but working for decades in science-policy interface related to environmental protection, chemicals management, toxic chemicals, their fate and transport through environmental compartments and human exposure to those chemicals. I work in the field of global environmental agreements such as the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, Minamata Convention on Mercury, Global Framework on Chemicals, Intergovernmental Science Policy panel on chemicals, waste and pollution ISP-CWP, risk assessment, human biomonitoring and many other related topics. I am also in charge of the WHO Collaborating centre for Chemical Exposure and Risks. I also teach at the university, lecture in organizations, ministries and for various stakeholder communities on topics mentioned above.
