I am a Chemical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration. I have over 24 years of experience in Cleaner Production, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Circular Economy, Green Financing, Climate Change, and Environmental Management Systems. Throughout my career, I have worked with government institutions, international donors, financial institutions, universities, and businesses across El Salvador and Central America, helping organizations transition toward sustainable and efficient operations.
Currently, I lead efforts at the National Cleaner Production Center of El Salvador (NCPC), where I oversee strategic initiatives, technical assistance, and capacity-building programs to promote sustainability. I am passionate about leadership, coaching, and training, always eager to share knowledge and drive impactful change.
Beyond my professional role, I have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, international collaboration, and emerging technologies like AI to enhance sustainability practices. I am also looking forward to expanding my career internationally, particularly in the Netherlands, to take on new challenges in the field of sustainability.
